Pediatrician Plano, TX

Pediatric Care for Plano Families

Choosing a pediatrician is one of the first big decisions you make as a parent, and it's a relationship that can last 18 years or more. At Sunny Hill Pediatrics, we aim to be more than the office you visit when your child has a fever. We want to be your family's medical home: the place where your child's history, milestones, and needs are known and understood from one visit to the next.

Our practice is just north of Plano in Frisco. Many Plano families make the short trip to us for personalized care. From your baby's first checkup after leaving the hospital to your teen's pre-college physical, our pediatrician and team are here for every stage. We offer well child visits, sick visits, immunizations, and a full range of specialized pediatric services. We do all of this with the goal of helping your child grow up healthy, confident, and cared for.

Pediatric Services for Every Stage of Childhood

Newborn Care

Bringing your baby home is a joy, and it can also come with plenty of questions. Our newborn care starts right after you're discharged from the hospital. We check your baby's feeding, weight, jaundice, and sleep, and we help you through those first weeks with confidence. If you're still expecting, visit our Are You Expecting? page to learn how to get started with us before your little one arrives.

Lactation Support

Breastfeeding is natural, but it doesn't always come naturally. Most parents and babies need some coaching along the way. We address many breastfeeding concerns, such as latch, supply, and comfort, during routine office visits. When more specialized lactation support would help, we connect your family with a lactation consultant.

Well Child Visits

Checkups are where we get to know your child best. At each well child visit, we track growth and development, review milestones, keep immunizations on schedule, and make time for the questions parents often save up between appointments. These visits help us catch concerns early and celebrate progress along the way.

Sports Physicals

Plano kids stay busy with school teams, club sports, and summer camps. A sports physical gives our pediatrician a chance to evaluate your child's overall health and fitness and confirm they're ready to play safely. Scheduling with your child's own pediatrician means the exam is informed by their full medical history.

Back-to-school forms, a sports season, or just a checkup that's overdue?

We're here to help your Plano family stay on track.

Behavioral Health

A child's emotional wellbeing matters just as much as their physical health. We evaluate and treat behavioral health and school concerns, including trouble with focus and attention, anxiety, depression, conduct disorders, and eating disorders. Parents are often the first to notice that something feels off, and we'll listen and help you find a path forward.

Chronic Care Management & Referrals

Raising a child with a chronic illness or disability often means managing appointments, specialists, and paperwork all at once. Many families with complex medical needs rely on Sunny Hill Pediatrics as their medical home. When your child needs a specialist, we coordinate referrals promptly and keep every provider involved in your child's care working together.
